Our mission is to help you land a higher-paying job in a fraction of the time through higher-quality job applications. 

We built Jobflow after spending the last 18 years watching most of the innovation in online recruitment be geared towards making the job of the hiring team easier.  Yes, employers have access to cutting edge tools to weed candidates out of the process before a human even sees their application.  And they have automated tools that allow them to filter, contact, and even interview and follow up with candidates with very minimal effort on their part. The flip side is candidates almost never hear back on their applications, and they never receive critical feedback on where an how they can improve.

Why shouldn’t job seekers have access to the same technology to submit stronger applications through better, more insightful writing, coaching tips to land on the employer’s shortlist, and a hub to manage the flow of interviews, responses, scheduling, follow-up and negotiation?  That’s the path we’re on.

1. Resume Customization for Every Job: We'll tailor your resume to better fit each specific job you show us while also elevating your writing. This way, you present yourself as the perfect candidate for every opportunity.  We’re careful not to invent experiences and accomplishments you don’t have, but we take what you do have and help you present the best version of yourself on paper.  And we also coach you through improving your resume and provide insights on what the specific employer is looking for in each role. 

2. Personalized Cover Letter to Match Each Job: We also draft a custom cover letter for each position you're applying for, highlighting a unique value proposition that combines your skills and experience with the job requirements, helping you make a strong first impression.  These read like a nice narrative so the hiring manager can easily see your career progression and the highlights that match what they are looking for.

• Ability for users to see their resume content in different formats and download the final version

• Personalized dashboard where we save each resume, cover, and job opportunity so you have quick access to them when you are preparing for interviews

• Allow users access to Jobflow’s resume and cover letter writer and coaching tips while they search for jobs on any platform through a browser extension and ‘apply with Jobflow’ button, so you don’t have to leave your job site of choice to have our full functionality when applying to jobs

• Show users other jobs that match their skills and experience for easy apply 

• Optimize your LinkedIn profile to match what hiring managers are looking for so you better sell yourself on paper during your job search

• Custom insights to help you prepare for the interviews you’ll be landing and ongoing career coaching

• Finally, we envision being able to do the work of applying to jobs for you.  You select the jobs you want, we’ll update and tailor your resume and cover, and then go fill out all the application details for you. In other words, we can do all the paperwork for you!
