If there’s one constant we’ve seen, it’s the massive disconnect between employers and job seekers during the hiring process.

Fewer than 1% of job applicants are contacted for interviews because they use the same generic résumé for every application and rush to apply to as many jobs as possible. Most tech solutions encourage this behavior—think ‘Easy Apply’ and most AI bots.

On the flip side, 83% of employers hire candidates who tailor their résumé and cover letters to show they care about the role, connect their experience to the job, and make it easy for hiring teams to see why they’re a great fit.

The problem? From researching to writing, tailoring takes time and most candidates don’t know how to do it effectively.

We built Jobflow to solve this by bridging the gap between what employers want and candidates offer.  By combining the power of AI with deep hiring insights, Jobflow takes the best of the candidate’s skill and experience, finds ideal-match jobs, and optimizes and tailors their résumé and cover letter for every job application. It takes a few seconds, uses remarkably natural language, and produces ATS-friendly documents.

On our roadmap is automating the application process before prepping candidates for scheduled interviews, and also reverse-engineering our current flow to instantly source and nurture matching candidates based on what success looks like to the employer.
