Employers are investing billions into generative AI tools that help them automate everything from screening resumes and cover letters to interviewing, assessing, and performing communication with applicants. The goal is to reduce costs and also rapidly increase speed-to-hire. But that also means job seekers will be even further alienated in a process already lacking feedback and clarity, where roughly 1% of applicants are contacted for an interview after months spent applying.
Shouldn't applicants have access to the same solutions to automate their job search, craft and submit applications, and improve their appearance on paper to land on the employer's shortlist?
That's why we developed Jobflow.
In our current state, we built a web application to help candidates pass the technology scan and impress the hiring manager by better highlighting the applicant's skills and experience, optimizing their language to match the exacting standards for each job opportunity, and providing valuable feedback on what each employer is looking for to prepare them for the interviews coming their way.
In our future state, we will also better match candidates to new job opportunities - according to their skills, experiences, and interests - and then act as their virtual assistant to go and apply to jobs for them. To further help where they prefer to continue searching for jobs, we'll also offer our full resume and cover letter writing and tailor functionality on any job site they choose. Simply click a button on the browser when there is a job of interest, and within seconds we'll provide an updated, optimized resume and personalized cover letter to match the job.
Our goal is to help people land better jobs in a fraction of the time.
The future of job search and applications is now.
